Today:  We finish collecting for the homeless here in the City of Edinburgh with the gifts being distributed via the St. Catharine’s Convent Homeless Project. These will be delivered to the Convent after Mass on Sunday.  It would be really helpful if you are able to help do this even in the middle of the last minute panic. Many thanks for your generosity both in the gifts you handed in for the children of prisoners and for the homeless.

This will lead straight into the First Mass of Christmas. It is important to be in the Church for the Carols and the readings since they form an integral part of tonight’s Liturgy.

Please note that the time of Mass is changed from previous years.

This is to allow a less rushed period between Mass in St. Cuthbert’s and Mass in Our Lady’s due to Father Tom being away.

Thursday: To mark the Feast of the Holy Innocents, Archbishop Cushley will be celebrating Mass for the intentions of the Archdiocesan pro-life movement at 12 noon in St Margaret’s Chapel, Gillis Centre. Refreshments will follow afterwards. All are very welcome.
